Why soft skills matter
In today’s fast-changing world, soft skills are hard power. They fuel innovation, entrepreneurship and resilience, especially in non-metropolitan industrial regions.
Through the Interreg CE project x-Inno Radar (2024–2027), we connect regions across Central Europe to:
- enhance transversal soft skill capacities of key innovation stakeholders, like business support organisations (BSOs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and R&D actors.
- promote and elevate the rich, place-based soft skills of maker communities.
- revive the entrepreneurial spirit in the industrial society.
At x-Inno Radar, we believe in the power of soft skills. When better integrated, soft skills boost regional innovation. They help industrial regions to take an active role in the ongoing technological transformations. Soft skills support regions in meeting the challenges of digital and green transitions in an empowered and critical way.
