Target groups: Unemployed young people aged 18 to 30 years.
Prov. Limburg (BE22)Build Your Future is a 16-week programme combining training, individual coaching, and workplace learning aimed at supporting young job seekers. The initiative originated from the concept of job redesign to address hard-to-fill roles, such as site supervisors in the construction sector. Instead of creating new positions tied to specific employers, the project developed a new job profile and corresponding sector-level training in collaboration with partners PXL, VDAB, and Stebo.
