Education Centre of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Karlovy Vary Region

The Education Centre of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Karlovy Vary Region is a project in which the Regional Chamber educates employees of its member companies. The topics of the courses are varied. One part concerns soft skills. There are courses focused on traditional communication skills, economic or accounting topics, legal minimum, but also new topics are offered, such as safety and first aid training, media literacy, coaching as an effective managerial approach, quality management training and many others. The second part consists of language courses – German, English and now Czech for foreigners. KHK KK provides not only the entire organisation of the training for companies, but also the complete administration of entering the project, including the application for support to pay for the training. In the case of tailor-made training, we also adapt the content of the courses to the specific target group of participants and their needs according to the requirements of the company involved.

Streamlining and simplifying certain processes, deepening knowledge, stabilizing the team – these are just some of the positives. The project brings a comprehensive system of training for selected positions spread over a longer period of time.
