Learning Journeys to Promote Knowledge Transfer and Soft Skills
Location: Various
Target groups: Teams and organizations seeking knowledge transfer and soft skills development.
Upper Austria (AT31)Learning Journeys are 1- to 2-day curated programmes designed to introduce teams to innovative topics while simultaneously enhancing soft skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and empathy. The programmes combine thematic sessions with informal expert exchanges, moderated by guides to foster open dialogue and innovative thinking.
The process includes close collaboration with teams to define objectives and select experts to ensure thematic diversity. Intensive small-group discussions promote communication and collaboration, while changing perspectives stimulate critical thinking.
An example is the AI Learning Journey to Vienna, organised by Creative Region Linz & Upper Austria. Participants engaged with AI pioneers and explored practical AI applications, gaining new perspectives and best practices for their work.
Learning Journeys provide a structured, dynamic environment for knowledge acquisition and team competence development, encouraging innovation and practical implementation.
