Peer mentoring and coaching is the second most popular approach (57%), showing high preference for knowledge sharing within organizations.
Collaborative projects across teams received support from 36% of respondents, indicating interest in cross-functional learning opportunities.
There’s notable support (29%) for including soft skills in performance evaluations, suggesting interest in formalizing soft skills development within workplace assessment systems.
