- Construction (Sector F) experienced a dramatic decline from 3.9% in 2008 to 0.9% in 2013, reflecting the impact of the financial crisis.
- Manufacturing (Sector C) maintained moderate rates between 0.5-2.7%, peaking at 2.7% in 2008 before stabilizing around 1.8-1.9% from 2014-2015.
- Total Economy (B-S) showed relatively stable rates between 0.7-2.0%, with a gradual recovery from 2014 onwards.
Temporal Trends:
- 2008-2010 saw a sharp decline across most sectors, reflecting the global financial crisis impact.
- 2010-2013 represented a period of low vacancy rates with gradual stabilization.
- 2014-2015 showed signs of recovery, particularly in accommodation & food services and construction sectors.
- The Czech economy demonstrated resilience with steady improvement from 2013 onwards.
