- Specialist skills showed the second highest values but declined from 58.6% in 2010 to 43.2% in 2020
- Teamwork skills remained consistently high (57.9% in 2010, 41.7% in 2015, 41.9% in 2020)
- Problem-solving skills experienced a significant drop between 2010-2015 (49.0% to 25.5%) with minimal recovery by 2020 (25.2%)
- Numerical literacy had the steepest decline, dropping from 19.2% in 2010 to just 3.2% in 2020
- Foreign language training also declined dramatically from 26.3% to 8.5%
- The period 2010-2015 shows the most significant reductions across almost all skill categories
