Austrian respondents unanimously agree that soft skills are equally important as hard skills, with 100% either agreeing or strongly agreeing with this statement, and 64% strongly agreeing.
There is nearly universal support (93%) for employer promotion of soft skills development, with just 7% disagreeing.
Educational integration of soft skills receives the strongest support, with 79% strongly agreeing and 21% agreeing that soft skills should be included in educational curricula—indicating unanimous and especially strong support.
All respondents (100%) recognize the workplace benefits of soft skills, with 71% strongly agreeing that well-developed soft skills benefit the work environment as a whole.
