Digital transformation (50%) ranks second among organizational challenges, higher than in several other countries, suggesting Austrian workplaces may be experiencing more pressure to digitalize.
Adapting to technologies, work-life balance, and sustainability goals are all tied (36%) as the third most significant challenges facing organizations.
