Sector Performance Analysis:
- Public Administration (Sector O) consistently showed the highest job vacancy rates, ranging from 1.4% to 4.0% and peaking in 2015.
- Energy Supply (Sector D) experienced the most volatility, ranging from 0.8% to 2.8%, with the highest rates in 2014-2015.
- Financial & Insurance Activities (Sector K) showed dramatic fluctuations, dropping from 1.2% in 2008 to 0.1% in 2012, then rising to 2.3% by 2015.
- Total Economy (B-S sectors) maintained relatively stable rates between 0.4-0.7%.
Temporal Trends:
- The 2009-2010 financial crisis impact is visible across most sectors, with lower vacancy rates during this period.
- A general recovery trend is observed from 2013 onwards, with most sectors showing increased job vacancy rates.
- Manufacturing (Sector C) remained stable throughout the period, ranging between 0.3-0.6%.
- Construction (Sector F) showed significant volatility, from 0.8% in 2008 to as low as 0.0% in 2013.
