On-the-job learning is universal, with 100% of Slovak respondents developing their skills in the workplace—the highest percentage among all countries analyzed.
Outside institutional settings (including personal relationships) are also extremely significant, with 90% developing skills in these contexts—also notably higher than in other countries.
University education plays an important role in Slovakia (50%) compared to several other surveyed countries, suggesting stronger reliance on formal higher education.
Vocational education (40%) and other sources (30%) are also significant contributors to skill development in Slovakia.
